Svedka Ice Bar

A room made completely out of ice! It's so cold that you have to wear insulated ponchos and can only stay in for 15 minutes. But the drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) were yummy and it was fun while it lasted!

I have seen a hotel totally made of ice but can't imagine actually wanting to take that vacation. However a room, on a cruise, limited to 15 minutes at a time, just might be "fun".
