Our challenge this time was to use the raspberry grid paper and Pattern 10, which is 5 pictures and multiple border spots. Of the emellishment options, I chose the oversized title "Girls". I wasn't completely happy with the title, because I wanted it to say "Sisters." However, the set of puffed stickers I wanted to use didn't have three of the letter S. I hate that, so I usually make my own letters with my Cricut.
It just so happened that my granddaughters had on the right colors to go with raspberry! I also liked black as an accent color and had some perfect dot paper in those two colors. I inked the edges of the dotted paper so the edges would be defined better. I had just purchased a book on how to "doodle," so I tried my hand at doing that on the black strip on page one. The dotted brads at the corners of the title also matched perfectly. I used a white pen to create faux stitches on the black accents and then added some hearts and flowers. The black button on the flowers and the black and white metal corners finished off page two.
