For the past month we have been struggling with some issues with our telecommunications provider. When we moved our office in December we scheduled a date for the company to transfer our service to our new location. Something happened, I have no idea what, but they didn't show up to connect us at our new location. They didn't show up again on Friday, or the next Monday. Of course we were frustrated (a business can't function without phones and Internet service.) So, as it seemed this service was never going to show up, we weighed our options and decided to switch (after over a decade of service with them.)
Little did we know, a month later, due to some seemingly unresolvable issues with said companies internal communication, we still did not have service on our business phones. With all of the daily frustration and stress, I can't say I have been a happy camper. Yesterday I sort of had a bit of a "melt down."
Kevin was in California, he listened to my ranting - he listen to all my many concerns and frustrations (because there is so much more to be concerned about than just the horrible phone and internet mess.)
After I expressed my frantic view of life to him, Kevin asked, "Why don't you tell me what you need from me, and then I will tell you what I need from you? I demanded that he go first. He said, "I need you to take a deep breath."
Reason 26 Why I love Kevin so much... He reminds me to breath when I forget to do it myself.
