MMDT Challenge #4

The second challenge for this month was a page inspired by Disney --- Oh! So much I could do, Disney is such a part of my life, the hard part was narrowing it down. It all came down to one single word - "Ohana" "Ohana means family" my page is full of some of my favorite family photos from our most recent family vacation and well how perfect that this family vacation just happened to be at none other than Walt Disney World.

I used a white grid paper and page pattern 50 (however I used a 2x1 strip instead of the 1x1 squares on the outside edges). I matted my photos with multi colored blocks and , a red paper with grey mickey icons filled in the 2x1 squares. On the upper and lower squares I added a boarder strip sticker (I think it was creative memories) that I cut down to fit.

I'm with you Andrea, I never heard of "Stitch," I'm sorry to say. But I enjoyed the nice pictures of your family. Colors are great too. Looks like a great time!

I do love anything Disney and your layout is really fun. For your family the photos are filled with lots of good times and this is a great way to document your vacation. The colors are great. Good job.

What a nice collection of photos of your family...and at such a fun, memorable place! Perfect to use for this challenge! I too really like the Disney embellishments...and pattern 50 is my all time favorite (at least to date!). Nice job, Tonnya!

Tonnya, nice layout you fit lots of photos on this one. Nice colors and the Disney embellishments are real cute. Thanks to Tami for the heads up on Stitch clue. Ohana is a beautiful word for a beautiful family. How nice to have all the family at Disney World :)

Tonnya, so nice that you could do a vacation with your family...anywhere...and share it, guess it's a nice bonus that it was WDW! Nice group of photos, the page pattern stands out and the Disney embellishments add just enough extra Disney to the page. Tami, thanks for the movie clue: "Stitch" we aren't that up to date here on the more recent Disney flicks!

Love the choice of inspiration - "Ohana means family" from the movie Stitch. (He is a family favorite character at our house.) Your color choices are perfect - nothing says Disney more than red, black and yellow.
