I really want to start going back to the gym. I couldnt go duriing the day because I am home with the kids. I was trying to go after work. I dont get out of work until 11:30 p.m. So if I went at night I wouldnt be home until almost 2. The kids get up at 6 usually when my wife is getting ready for work. I cant survive on 4 hours of sleep everyday. Maybe while I am laid off I can get on some sort of work out schedule. It really helps to relieve stress and makes you more aware about eating bad. I was on a good roll a couple years ago and was in the best shape of my life. Hope to get back to that and make it my goal to get where I was.
