1. Journella is FREE to use.  There are no charges for signing up for or using the service.  It is the Free Online Diary!

 

2.  Journella allows connecting with and collecting your posts from Facebook, Twitter, blogs, and RSS feeds (2.0 standard).

 

3.  Journella is only available to individuals 13 years of age and over.

 

4.  Journella was developed using php, mysql, fckeditor, and other open sourced resources.

 

5.  Journella was designed by Tami Potter, a professional designer and long time memory preservation industry leader.  See the short story in About Us.

 

6.  Many more features are in the works for Journella to help you create, collect, organize, and share your memories.

 

7.  Journella.com was first live on the internet on May 13, 2011 in its initial BETA phase. 

 

8.  Journella LLC is the entity that developed (continuing process) journella.com.  It is a Washington State Limited Liability Company.

10. Journella keeps your posts private, unless you choose to share them on an item by item basis.  Items are private by default.

 

11.  Journella is all about collecting, organizing, and sharing your memories.  Our goal is to make this process effortless for you.  Even if you don't currently keep a formal journal or diary, you probably still do a lot of things that would be valuable memories - posting to Facebook, Twitter, or other sites such as blogs.  To us, everything is a journal entry.

 

12. Journella.com has two main sections - 1) My Journella is your private journal/diary were you collect and organize your journal items, and 2) the Story Board is where you share your stories, read other's shared stories, cheer stories, follow others, and make comments.
